Anguilla, English since 1650; seceded from St. Kitts in 1980, status British overseas territory
Antigua, English since 1632, with Barbuda and Redonda; independent since 1981
British Virgin Islands, English since 1672/1680, separated from St. Kitts in 1960, status British overseas territory
Dominica, British since 1763, separated from Leeward islands to join theWindward Islands in 1940
Montserrat, English since 1632, status British overseas territory
St. Christopher or St.Kitts, with Nevis, English since 1625, independent since 1983
