Sao Tome 1918-1939



In 1931, Sao Tome and Principe had 59,055 inhabitants, 52,150 of whom lived on Sao Tome. The Citade de Sao Thome had 3,187 inhabitants. Sao Tome had 15 km of railroads, the budget for 1935-1936 amounted to 9.035 million Escudos.
