Source : anonymous attachment spread by emails in 2003, then the U.S. administration prepared for the invasion of Iraq and wanted to gain international support. The governments of Germany, France and Russia at that time openly spoke out against the (then intended) war and questioned the cause given by the U.S. administration (weapons of mass destruction)
